Free dance classes for people with Parkinson's disease

Three years ago Isa Adams, who has Parkinson’s disease, wanted to take up dancing.

She found dance instructor Hooman Ebadi who holds free dance classes in Prahran for people with Parkinson’s disease.

Now Isa dances four times a week, including tap and tango.

“Isa dances beautifully to fast, lively music, we even dance quick step sometimes!”
