  • Full time – Permanent position
  • Monday – Friday 

ITEC Health are currently seeking an NDIS Corporate Team Leader to join their disability team. This senior role will lead community engagement through liaising with various stakeholders such as community leaders, industry leaders and employers to obtain suitable employment-based projects for the business. Additionally, this Darwin based role will report to the NDIS National Manager and will oversee the daily operations of the Disability Support Coordinator and Case Manager.

What you need to be considered for this position:

  • Exceptional understanding of the NDIS market
  • Proven experience in the disability sector
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), consultation, negotiation, leadership and coaching skills
  • Current and relevant experience with working with Australian Indigenous communities and peoples
  • Excellent knowledge of Indigenous cultures and ethics with the ability to communicate and engage Indigenous communities effectively
  • Experience managing a team
  • Proven success in developing and planning initiatives
  • Proven evidence of maintaining relationships with various stakeholders
  • Sound skills in using Windows-based software, Internet, and Email
  • Willingness and ability to travel in non-mainstream modes of transport to remote and isolated communities
  • A Current Driver’s Licence
  • A Current or ability to obtain WWC Clearance 
  • A Current National Police Check (within last 3 months) or able to obtain


  • Qualifications in management, marketing or similar is desirable
