We are seeking an experienced and customer focused NDIS Plan Manager and Finance Support Officer to join us in a part-time (0.5 FTE), 12 month contract role with possible extension.

We are accredited to provide plan management services Australia-wide (except WA until December 2020). 

About the role

The role is accounts receivable/payable. You will be responsible for ensuring fast on time payments to the many providers and NDIS participants that depend on us. This also includes corresponding with NDIS participants and providers about payments and ensuring compliance with NDIS standards.

You may also be required to assist with other finance-related tasks as directed by the business.

Skills and experience

You must have :

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable/Payable
  • Certificate IV Bookeeping or Accounting qualification
  • Superior communication and customer service skills 
  • Excellent organistional skills
