After 15 years, Michael is hoping to move out of his nursing home soon

For Michael Egan, a talented photographer from Cooma in NSW, living in a nursing home is essential as there are no suitable housing options for him in town.

As part of the Federal Government’s commitment to reducing the number of younger people with disabilities living in nursing homes, there are now plans for suitable accommodation to be built on the Monaro… and Michael is hoping to move out soon.
